How to Stop Complaining

Complaining, like all thought patterns, is not mere observation.
Complaining is a creative act.
The more you complain, the more you summon your creative energies to attract something to complain about.
Your complaints may seem fully justified, but realize that whenever you complain, you are placing your order for more of the same.
Complaining is not merely about the past.

Whenever you make a complaint, realize you are setting an intention — a goal — for the future.
Note that complaining is not the same thing as having a negative emotional reaction.
That first-response negative reaction is OK.

Complaining is the act of reinforcing what you don’t want and intending even more of it.
It’s the act of dwelling on the negative.
People who complain trap themselves in a reality that constantly gives them more to complain about.
Life keeps harshing on them. Their luck is below average. They never get any real breaks. Unfortunate circumstances, seemingly beyond their control, keep manifesting. It seems totally unfair, but it isn’t. The complainers are merely witnessing the fulfillment of their own requests. Every thought is an intention, and complainers habitually intend what they don’t want. So it makes perfect sense they live in a reality congruent with those thoughts. The complainer may tell you their reality is causing their complaints, but it’s more accurate to say their reality is reflecting their complaints.
Complaining is also addictive. The more you do it, even within your own mind, the more it becomes an ingrained habit and the harder it is to stop.
Complaining and the Law of Attraction
I’ve seen many a person claim to be using the Law of Attraction properly, holding only positive intentions and thinking predominantly about what they want to attract. Then after a few weeks of little or no results, they fire off an explosion of complaints:.
In practice you will see some intenders hold their intentions patiently for months and years, while complainers will usually give up within the first 30 days. Why? You might not like what I’m going to say, but the truth is that the complainers were predisposed to eventually give up.
Failure was their true background intention.
Your lifetime of thoughts acts like a resonating band of intention. That band’s overall signature determines what kind of life you live. A chronic complainer will manifest a predominantly negative life. A positive thinker will manifest a predominantly positive life.
Your thoughts/intentions are not time-bound. If you’re going to complain at some point in the future, that complaint will subtly affect you today.
The complainer seed
Here’s another way to think about this, one that might be a little easier to accept if you’re very attached to linear thinking. Consider that if something unfortunate happens to you, and you’re going to complain about it afterwards, then there must have been some kind of complainer seed within you in the first place… before that negative event took place. You must already have been the kind of person who’s predisposed to complain. And if that seed is there, you can bet the LoA is going to pick up on it.
Really positive people who are good at manifesting don’t complain. Even when things don’t go their way, they keep directing their thoughts towards the positive side. They expect that things will eventually go their way. They also take action to participate in the positive manifestation. Setbacks don’t make them throw in the towel and curse the LoA because they don’t harbor the complainer seed. They’re not going to be perfect about it, but this is their dominant pattern.
Assuming total responsibility
You see… the real solution to complaining is responsibility. You must say to the universe (and mean it), “I want to accept more responsibility for everything in my experience.”
Here are some examples of what I mean by accepting responsibility:
If I’m unhappy, it’s because I’m creating it.
If there’s a problem in the world that bothers me, I’m responsible for fixing it.
If someone is in need, I’m responsible for helping them.
If I want something, it’s up to me to achieve it.
If I want certain people in my life, I must attract and invite them to be with me.
If I don’t like my present circumstances, I must end them.
On the flip side, it may also help to take responsibility for all the good in your life. The good stuff didn’t just happen to you. You created it. Well done..
BE HAPPY...
ACCEPT WHAT IS..
PRESENCE...NOW

Pure Silence
Silence, Space, Within, Inner Peace, Silêncio, Consciousness, Satori, Being, Awareness, Who am I, Emptiness, Non-Duality, Enlightenment, Spirit, Essence of Reality, Mystical Union, Buddha Mind, Silencio, Meditation, Truth, Dzogchen, Love, God, Allah, Nirvana, Void, Advaita Vedanta, I Am, One Taste, Contemplation, I am that I am, Silenzio, Eternity, Now, Samadhi, Nothingness, Tao, Divine Union, Nondual silence, Kingdom of Heaven, Transpersonal, Mysticism, Stillness, The Self, Silent Mind, 沈默
A gentle, loving, inner peace and silence is here and now in this moment. It has always been this way. It is always here. It is right here within you and all around you, a stillness, an apparent void, a seeming nothingness out of which everything arises, exists, and eventually returns.
You know this. You have felt this.

There is nothing more than this.

You are this.

This is truth.

This is not some esoteric spiritual jargon about some new age philosophy or any religion or belief. There is nothing here which is mystical. There are just these words and you and the silence within. This is real, now.

This silence is right here in you, every single moment of your life.

This pure silence contains you, your being-ness and yet the silence is your very being.

This silence allows the entire universe to be.

All existence, everything that is, all matter and energy, all thought is contained in this silence.

This pure silence is what some have called Truth, Infinity, Reality, Enlightenment, Nothingness, God, Great or Holy Spirit, The Now, True Self, I am, Consciousness and Love.

This silence is a mystery beyond mind, beyond what the human brain can fully comprehend. Like a beautiful diamond, we can only see a few facets at a time. This mystery is seemingly far beyond us-our capacity to understand, to know. And yet this is contained within our very selves, and this contains us as well.

The greatest wonder of this is that you and I, above all other life forms on this planet are able to be consciously aware of this reality, now.

Yes, you are aware of this, though perhaps you have not experienced this yet. Perhaps you have not realized this.

This awareness of ours, this consciousness of being, is the silence itself.

The silence is the very space of being.

In you, being has become aware of itself.

There is only this.

We have spent thousands of years denying what is more present to us than our very breath, our very heartbeat.

This silence permeates everything and is the allow-er of everything. The silence allows us to be and to be free.

There is only this.
You are this!
All that you need, all that you seek, all that you hope and long for is contained in this silence.
This web site may just help you to know this, to realize this and to live out of this silence.
All you need to do is stop and just be: Now!
There is only this:
Pure Silence
Welcome to YOU my friend

LET IT GO!

Something/Someone ever grab your focus and attention to where that is ALL YOU CAN THINK ABOUT? RUDE drivers tick me OFFor Someone say something that IRRITATES YOUR VERY SKIN.....Well Here are some tips for Letting IT Go!....
JUST LET IT GO! Letting Go
How To Let It Happen
"Just let go!" people advise. "I wish I knew how to let go," others complain, exasperated. Letting go never seems easy. That is because we usually approach letting go as something to do. We may know it is the opposite an undoing but that does not make it any easier.
We often to look outside for help, but our perfect teacher is our higher self, which already knows precisely what we need to let go of, and how to let it happen. Just below the threshold of consciousness, the quiet voice of our own inner knowing beckons to us, showing us the easiest, most direct way to return to our true nature, and find the peace and joy that we yearn for.
For thousands of years, the great sages, mystics and yogis have realized that to better access our inner guidance, the mind needs to become still. They have taught meditation as a way to quiet our thoughts and awaken to our true nature.:
Learn how to let go
Learn ways to calm your stress
Relaxation techniques can reduce negative responses to stress and help you enjoy a better quality of life. Explore relaxation techniques you can do on your own.
Relaxation techniques are a great way to help your quest for stress management. Relaxation isn't just about peace of mind or enjoying a hobby. Relaxation is a process that decreases the wear and tear of life's challenges on your mind and body.
Whether you have a lot of stress in your life or you've got it under control, you can benefit from learning relaxation techniques. Learning basic relaxation techniques isn't hard. Explore these simple relaxation techniques to get you started on de-stressing your life and improving your health.
The benefits of relaxation techniques
With so many things to do, relaxation techniques may take a back seat in your life. But that means you may miss out on the health benefits of relaxation.
Practicing relaxation techniques can improve how you physically respond to stress by:
Slowing your heart rate
Lowering blood pressure
Slowing your breathing rate
Reducing the need for oxygen
Increasing blood flow to major muscles
Reducing muscle tension
You may also gain these overall health and lifestyle benefits from relaxation techniques:
Fewer physical symptoms, such as headaches and back pain
Fewer emotional responses, such as anger and frustration

More energy
Improved concentration
Greater ability to handle problems
More efficiency in daily activities
Types of relaxation techniques
Although health professionals such as complementary and alternative medicine practitioners, doctors and psychotherapists can teach relaxation techniques, you can also learn some on your own. Relaxation techniques usually involve refocusing your attention to something calming and increasing awareness of your body.
It doesn't matter which technique you choose. What matters is that you try to practice relaxation regularly.
There are several main types of relaxation techniques, including:
Autogenic relaxation.

Autogenic means something that comes from within you. In this technique, you use both visual imagery and body awareness to reduce stress. You repeat words or suggestions in your mind to help you relax and reduce muscle tension. You may imagine a peaceful place and then focus on controlled, relaxing breathing, slowing your heart rate, or different physical sensations, such as relaxing each arm or leg one by one.
Progressive muscle relaxation.
In this technique, you focus on slowly tensing and then relaxing each muscle group. This helps you focus on the difference between muscle tension and relaxation, and you become more aware of physical sensations. You may choose to start by tensing and relaxing the muscles in your toes and progressively working your way up to your neck and head. Tense your muscles for at least five seconds and then relax for 30 seconds, and repeat.
Visualization.
In this technique, you form mental images to take a visual journey to a peaceful, calming place or situation. Try to use as many senses as you can, including smells, sights, sounds and textures. If you imagine relaxing at the ocean, for instance, think about the warmth of the sun, the sound of crashing waves, the feel of the grains of sand and the smell of salt water. You may want to close your eyes, sit in a quiet spot and loosen any tight clothing.
Other relaxation techniques include those you may be more familiar with, such as:
Yoga
Tai chi
Music
Exercise
Meditation
Hypnosis
Massage

Relax the mind
Experience the present moment
Distinguish the inner voice from that of the ego
Access the wisdom of your higher self

there is a HUGE WORLD...

LET it GO!

What Is Your Dream IQ?
What is the average amount of dreams a person usually has in one night?
Why don't I have dreams?
Why do some dreams keep repeating themselves?
Is it possible to die in your dreams?
Find the answers in our
Dreams is defined in Webster's Dictionary as a "sequence of sensations, images, thoughts, etc., passing through a sleeping person's mind" .
Dreams have been a topic of study dating back to 4000 B.C. One may say that dreams have been around as long as the first civilization came to be and are just a normal part of human existence.
In our dreams, we can go anywhere, we can be anybody, and we can do anything. When we dream, we are like passengers on a moving train, unable to control our actions and choose surroundings. We let our mind take over. Sometimes, dreams can be understood in the the context of repressed thoughts. Dreaming serves as an outlet for those thoughts and impulses we repress during the day. When we go to sleep at night and slip into our dream state, we feel liberated and behave and act in a manner that we do not allow ourselves in our waking life.
Visions and ideas can come from your dreams. Authors, screenwriters and poets turn to their dreams for stories. Artists and musicians explore dreams for their inspiration. Dreams can help us find solutions to our daily problems and see things from a different perspective.
In this section, you will find a vast array of information on dreams, from its early beginnings, type of dreams, how to remember your dreams, babies and dreams, and much more. Hopefully, you will learn some interesting things about dreams.

Magic Mirror
AskMen.com

Legend has it that there is a bar in New York where, in the ladies' room there is a very special mirror.
If one stands in front of the mirror and tells the truth, one wish is granted.
However, if one tells a lie then with a “POOF!” they are instantly swallowed up by the mirror, never to be seen again.
So, a redhead of questionable beauty walks into the ladies' room and stands before the mirror and says, "I think I'm the most beautiful woman in the world." “POOF!” The mirror swallows her whole.
Next, a rather large brunette stands before the mirror and says, "I think I'm the sexiest woman alive." “POOF!” The mirror swallows her too.

Then an absolutely gorgeous blonde comes in and stands before the mirror and says, "I think... " “POOF!”
How to Go Green

Step3
Reduce emissions from your automobile by tuning up your car, inflating your tires, and taking it easy on the brake and gas. Check out my other articles to find out how to reduce automobile emissions even more so.

Look Thinner Instantly

you can look thinner instantly just by changing your wardrobe through colors, lines, and fabrics. when you make some of the following changes you will look at least 10 pounds thinner instantly!
One color, one tone, from head to toe – elongates the body and makes you look taller and slimmer. Wear pants, and skirts in the same color family. The deeper the color the more slimming. Includes hose and shoes – match to skirt or pants or go darker. No sharp contrast. Dress in one color – dark outer silhouette
Vertical lines, narrow stripes, narrow pin stripe all have a slimming affect. Vertical seaming – Princess style or wrap dress are good. Vertical stitching.
V neck lines. A deep V neckline is slimming. Create a deep v-neck by unbuttoning the first few buttons. A deep V is best and it should be narrow.
· Long vest with v-neck and pointed bottom especially below the hip vest are good.
Wrap dresses and wrap blouses. Are very slimming. Wrap around Shaw collar items are great.
Slim skirts – with soft pleats at the waist create a slim line. A-line skirts and dresses. Slit at sides or on one side. Front slit overlap. Wear slim skirts on the short side but not boxy looking. Avoid pleats unless Skirts with sewn down pleats, tucks or some flat gathering. Length mid knee or just below knee is ideal.
Pants with front pleats that lie flat are best for protruding stomachs. No zipper in the front unless they have front pleats. Side closed pants should have front pleats or gathers. Tapered pants at bottom or straight leg.
Verticals on verticals is very slimming.
Shoulder lines on the shoulders not falling off the shoulder. Wear tailored set in sleeves. No shoulder pads unless sloping shoulders or small shoulders.
Basic colors for me are Black, Gray and Navy. Have major pieces like pants, jackets and skirts in these colors.

Self confidence tips to help you now!

Look for a model (someone who has self confidence) and learn from them. What is it they do that makes them confident, how do they act?
Focus on your achievements rather than your failures. If you do find yourself thinking about how you failed then look at what you managed to do right and how you could correct what you did next time.
Learn how to feel good about yourself
Act as if you were self confident! You will feel more confident.
Focus on who you are and what you like about yourself. Why do your friends like you?
Prepare thoroughly for any task so that you can be sure you are ready.
Work on any skills you need to do what you want, you can never be overtrained or over skilled for any challenge in life.
Work on your relaxation skills
Always smile and stand up straight
Set reachable goals for yourself and break difficult tasks into smaller steps
Reward yourself when you succeed no matter how small the achievement
Finally, I advise you not to be too competitive or compare yourself with others.

Be yourself and accept that life
is not a race against others but your self confidence depends on you and your personal needs.

Families are crucial in the development of human competence and character.

Recent research tells us that the family's influence is even greater than we have imagined. Families play a major role in how well children do in school, how well they perform on the job as adults and how well they contribute to society in general.

Families have the first and foremost influence on our development.
Research indicates that many problems of individuals and society are related to dysfunctional family relationships. For instance,

early teen sexual acting out,

youth suicide,

teen pregnancy,

runaways,

substance abuse,

childhood and adolescent depression,

child abuse and neglect,

family violence,

and civil unrest are known to be aggravated by problems in the family.
What makes families strong?

Researchers have worked hard to answer this question and agree that strong, healthy families have nine traits in common (Krysan, Moore, & Zill, 1990). These traits have been found in families of different types, races, social backgrounds, nationalities, and religious beliefs.
The 8 traits are:
caring and appreciation
time together
encouragement
commitment
communication
cope with change
spirituality
community and family ties
.
